Distance sales — 14 days

For a distance order (this site), consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw under the Belgian Code of Economic Law — subject to statutory exceptions (clearly personalised goods, etc.).

Second-hand “as is”

Antiques and vintage sold as described may follow a specific regime. A return does not automatically undo wear already stated on the listing. Exact terms (return costs, required condition) should be confirmed with counsel before go-live, then aligned here.

Shop pickup

A purchase collected at Chaussée d’Alsemberg 344 is not a purely distance sale: the 14-day right may not apply in the same way. If unsure, write before moving the piece.
